Behaviour Support required- Coventry
Full time, start - asap!
I am recruiting for experienced pro-active individuals that are child centred providing specialist behavioural support to pupils in the Coventry area. The Behaviours support assistant role is for regular, temporary work, that’s flexible and term time only.
If you are exploring opportunities of working with vulnerable children, wanting to support them in behavioural interventions, engaging projects and understanding their needs apply now. We are looking for experienced individuals and graduates looking to gain a further understanding to enhance their career or find a role that does have genuine career development in a temporary to permanent role within one of the settings.

Job Spec & Description:
Diploma in Youth and community, Degree with a background in: Education, psychology, Youth work, sports, criminology, social work or sports.
Knowledge and experience supporting individuals with Social and emotional difficulties, ADHD, challenging behaviour, looked after children and young people with attachment disorder.
Have a child centred approach.
Be pro-active in your approach, continuously adapting methods to support the children.
Always ask questions when needed and follow guidance from other professionals.
Must be Team Teach trained or be prepared to undertake our Team Teach training.
Be flexible and adaptable.
Have a DBS on the subscription service, or be prepared to apply for a new one.
