SEN Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School | Wembley Pertemps Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wembley for an experienced and committed SEN Learning Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive SEN department and positively impact students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The Role As an SEN LSA, you will: Provide 1:1 support for students with additional needs Deliver targeted small group interventions Work closely with teachers and the SEN team Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environmentCandidate Requirements Experience supporting students with SEN is essential Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Strong communication and behaviour management skills Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach Ability to work effectively within a teamWhy Join This School?
