Treasury Accountant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Software Commodities business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Treasury Assistant for 2-3 months.Role:Our client is looking for an immediate interim Treasury Assistant to assist them for 2-3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:Support the day-to-day management of cash and payments across multiple bank accounts and currencies.Prepare and maintain daily and weekly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.Perform urgent and ad-hoc reconciliations as required to ensure accurate and up-to-date cash positions.Manage daily and weekly payment runs, ensuring payments are processed accurately and within required deadlines.Monitor cash balances across multiple accounts and currencies, providing regular cash balance reporting.Support short-term cash flow and liquidity forecasting, identifying upcoming funding requirements and potential cash surpluses.Assist with overall liquidity management and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet payment obligations.Support the onboarding and setup of new bank accounts, including coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.Maintain accurate treasury records and ensure banking information is kept up to date.Work closely with Finance and other internal teams to resolve cash, payment and reconciliation queries.Utilise NetSuite to record, monitor and reconcile financial transactions and support treasury reporting.Provide support on ad-hoc treasury and cash management activities as required.Profile:The successful interim Treasury Assistant will have 1+ years experience You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.Salary & Benefits:This role is paying between 140-160 per day DOERobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
