Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner If you are a Management Accountant who wants more than a role where you simply produce the numbers and move on, this could be a great opportunity. We are looking for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of the figures, understanding what they mean for the business and using their insight to help shape better decisions. You will work closely with the Finance Director and have real visibility across the business, with a broad remit covering management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, cashflow and financial analysis. There’s also plenty of scope to get involved in improving processes and making finance work smarter. * Owning the monthly management accounts and reporting * Providing analysis and insight into business performance * Supporting budgets, forecasts and financial planning * Managing cashflow forecasting and monitoring trends * Taking responsibility for reconciliations and ledger accuracy * Investigating variances and highlighting opportunities or concerns * Working with teams across the business to support commercial decisions * Improving processes, controls and ways of working * Supporting audits and wider finance projects * Helping develop more junior members of the team * This is a great opportunity for someone who can grow in to the role and business.
