Rate of Pay: £16.73 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, between 7:00-17:30, 40 hours per week - flexibility to work evenings during events

Location: Mayfair, London

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering a high-quality retail food offer.
• Take responsibility for managing your section independently, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
• Assist in producing fresh, appealing food for 250-300 covers per day.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Work effectively within a small kitchen team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
