About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Accounts Senior to join a growing accountancy practice. This is a varied role working with a broad portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, providing accounting, bookkeeping, and tax support.

The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple responsibilities and supporting clients across a range of accounting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping and VAT returns for a varied client portfolio
Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
Prepare corporation tax computations and Self Assessment tax returns
Support clients with day-to-day accounting and compliance queries
Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support across the wider team as required
Maintain accurate client records and ensure deadlines are met
Candidate Requirements AAT qualified (or above) or qualified by experience (QBE)
Minimum 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounts preparation, VAT, and tax compliance
Organised and able to manage a varied workload effectively
Strong xwzovoh communication and client relationship skills
Proactive and team-oriented approach
