Job Title: Production Operative (Poultry Processing) Location: Crediton area, Devon Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour Role Overview Recruitment Unlimited is currently working with a food production client within the poultry manufacturing sector who is looking for a reliable Production Operatives to join their busy and fast-paced factory environment. This role involves working across multiple areas of production, from initial processing through to packing and distribution. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, stable work. Key Duties * Working across various production areas within the factory * Preparing and processing poultry products for distribution * Tasks may include Wax removal, Feather plucking, Washing and cleaning product, Packing and bagging finished goods, cutting poultry into required portions * Manual handling and repetitive physical tasks * Working in chilled/cold environments at times * Following hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times About You * Willing to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, punctual, and team-focused * Comfortable with physical, manual work * Able to understand basic English for safety and training purposes * Positive attitude and willingness to be trained across multiple areas Shifts Available Monday to Friday – Early start (6:00am or 7:00am depending on role) until finish Mon–Wed: finish 4:00pm–5:00pm with early finish Thursday and Friday Benefits * Full training and induction provided * PPE supplied * Immediate start available following successful interview * Company pension scheme * Cycle to work scheme * Employee discount (including discounted meat products) * Free on-site parking * Transport options available from Crediton and Exeter * Subsidised on-site accommodation available
