About the role

Sales Manager – Power Infrastructure & Renewables UK (flexible/hybrid working) We’re working with a well established engineering and power solutions business supporting critical infrastructure and the energy transition across the UK. They’re now looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across infrastructure, healthcare, and renewable energy markets, focusing on high value electrical equipment and turnkey solutions. This is a strategic, front end sales position focused on developing long term partnerships and securing complex projects across regulated and mission critical environments. Medium & high voltage switchgear The role is less about volume sales and more about solution led engagement across technically complex projects . Develop and execute a structured sales strategy across various channels. Provide accurate forecasting and maintain strong CRM discipline Proven experience in technical sales within power, energy or infrastructure Transformers and/or MV/HV switchgear Complex project environments Ability to engage at both technical and commercial levels Strong client management and account development capability
