With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team based in North London. The role will involve working across a diverse range of projects, typically valued from sub 50,000 up to 20 million.Responsibilities•    Taking full financial responsibility for projects from inception through to completion •    Preparing and managing tender submissions •    Negotiating tenders with clients and stakeholders •    Putting together comprehensive tender documentation •    Liaising with subcontractors from initial enquiry through to final account •    Building and maintaining strong working relationships •    Undertaking first principle estimating •    Working across Social Housing frameworks •    Pricing and cost planning for tendersRequirements•    Proven experience working as an Estimator within a Social Housing Main Contractor •    5–10 years’ experience in a similar role •    Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management •    Strong commercial awareness and acumen •    Experience working on Social Housing frameworks and property services projects •    Additional InformationSalary60,000 - 80,000
