You will be responsible for delivering high-quality PPM and reactive maintenance, ensuring smooth building operations and exceptional tenant satisfaction. Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities * PPM & Reactive Maintenance: Ensure all works are delivered in line with contractual SLAs * M&E Systems: Manage maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment * Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for client and tenant communication * Building Oversight: Manage both base build and tenant areas * Reporting: Produce monthly reports and support contract performance reviews * Coordination: Schedule works, manage workload, and oversee subcontractors Working Hours * Monday to Friday * 08:00 – 17:00 Package & Benefits * Salary: £55,000 * Pension scheme * Training & development opportunities * Career progression within a reputable organisation Requirements * City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (essential) * Electrically qualified (Level 3 minimum – NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent) * Apprenticeship trained * Proven experience within commercial building services / FM environments * Previous experience in a Supervisory or Site Management role * Strong technical knowledge of building services systems * Excellent communication skills with a client-facing approach
