We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our client's team at their Plymouth dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals who hold valid Motability accreditation and want to develop their careers within a well-established automotive retailer. The successful individual will play a vital part in contributing to the dealership’s sales targets, working in a dynamic environment with a supportive team. What's On Offer? Competitive basic salary of £20,000 with uncapped commission, earning potential up to £45,000 OTE Company car provided for experienced sales staff from the start Opportunity to work with a reputable dealership with a strong stock pipeline Supportive team environment and clear career progression pathways Flexible working hours with a five-day retail week, including a rota for weekday days offDuties as a Car Sales Executive will include: Engage with prospective customers to promote and sell new and used vehicles Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to completion Maintain excellent product knowledge of the dealership's vehicle range Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, aiming for 16 delivered cars per month Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Manage and update customer database and follow-up leads to generate repeat businessRequirements that the Car Sales Executive will need: Valid Motability accreditation Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service Professional, enthusiastic, and well-presented individual with good communication skills Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities If you hold the necessary qualifications and are ready to take the next step in your sales career, we would love to hear from you.
