Sales Manager (Commercial Heating & Fuel) Banbury, Oxfordshire - Hybrid £45,000 - £55,000 (OTE £100k) + Commission + Car + Health insurance + Holiday + Pension + Progression Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in commercial heating, fuel, environmental services or a related engineering sector? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a senior commercial position, where you will have responsibility for both winning new business and managing a small sales team. The role will involve on managing and developing a team of 3-4 sales professionals, with the remainder focused on generating new business, developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for continued growth. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage their own working day, develop their own sales approach and help shape the wider sales strategy of the business. The Role Manage, motivate and develop a team of 3-4 sales professionals. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs and objectives across the team. Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within the commercial heating, fuel and environmental sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Generate new leads and develop opportunities through to successful completion.The Person Previous experience managing or leading a sales team. Strong B2B sales and business development experience. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience within commercial heating, fuel, environmental engineering, energy or a closely related industry.
