Hours are c. 7pm to 7am, and you work 4 shifts in week 1 and 3 shifts in week 2 and this rotates. You are hands-on in maintenance, tool changes and improvements to equipment and site. A role with challenge, opportunity and reward.What you'll need to succeed Time served apprenticeship qualification to level 3 or above and relatable experience in a manufacturing role. Ability to read engineering drawings.
