TheRecruitmentteamiscommittedtodeliveringaconsistentlyhighstandardofservicethatplacesbothSBCemployeesandexternalcustomersattheheartofouroperations.WeareseekingaskilledanddynamicRecruitmentConsultanttoplayapivotalroleindrivingtalentacquisitioneffortsandenhancingourorganisation'scapability.Thisrolewillserveasatrustedpartnertohiringmanagers,providingexpertguidanceacrossallaspectsoftherecruitmentprocess,frompositionmanagementandattractionstrategiestocompliancewithemploymentlegislationandSBCpolicies.
RecruitmentConsultantwillbeaproactiveandsolutions-orientedprofessionalwithadeepunderstandingofrecruitmentprocessesandbestpractices.Exceptionalcommunication,organisational,andrelationshipmanagementskillsareessentialtosucceedinthisrole,asistheabilitytoadapttochangingmarketconditionswhilemaintainingahighstandardofservicedelivery.
MainAccountabilities:RecruitmentConsultant
Collaboratewithhiringmanagerstodeliveraseamlessrecruitmentexperience,confidentlyadvisingandguidingthemthrougheverystageoftheprocess,includingcandidateattraction,screening,selection,andonboarding.
Overseeallrecruitmentcampaigns,frominitialsearchandadvertisingtoonboarding,ensuringtheyalignwithSBCsobjectivesandenhanceorganisationaleffectiveness.
Recommendtailored,cost-effectivestrategiesforreachingdiversetalentpools,leveragingbothinternalandexternalroutestomarket,andarticulatingthebenefitsofeachapproach.
Provideup-to-dateadviceonmarkettrends,legislativechanges,recruitmentbestpractices,andeffectivemethodsofcandidateattraction,usingcomprehensiveJobDescriptionstoidentifyandsecurethebesttalent.
Handleaportfolioofmultiplevacanciessimultaneously,ensuringinternalservicelevelagreements(SLAs)areconsistentlymetwhilemaintaininghighstandards.
Buildandnurturepositiverelationshipswithinternalandexternalstakeholders,ensuringeveryinteractionreflectsandenhancesSBCsemployerbrand.Thisincludesorganisingandattendingeventstoboostvisibilityandengagement.
Optimisetherecruitmentsystemtostreamlinehiringmanagerinvolvement,providingcleardocumentationandsupportthroughouttherecruitmentcycle.
Activelymanagecandidaterelationshipsbyprovidingtimelyfeedback,ensuringapositiveexperience,andoverseeingtheofferandonboardingprocess.
