About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver/General Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Cumbernauld. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, physical capability, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling and moving large, heavy aluminium panels
Supporting production processes on the shop floor
Operating machinery and equipment (training provided where required)
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling of heavy materials
Willingness to work in a demanding, hands-on environment long term
Reliable, punctual, and committed this is not a short-term or temporary stop-gap role
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable
