Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Supporting the operations team through the central belt of Scotland that will include around 14 different locations. Travel expected within this position and a very hands on approach!!

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Operations Support Manager to join our team in Scotland. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our operational processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate daily operations activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve operational performance
- Support Operations manager within the patch
- Analyse operational data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management or a similar role
- A strong background in catering and hospitality
- A passion for food and innovation
- Familiar with various budget models
- Financial acumen within budgets, proposals and costings
- Proven track record in strong team leadership and supervision
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices
- Excellent project management skills with experience in process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation building
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Willingness to travel within Scotland's central belt as and when required
