We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly warehouse team. Working within a small, supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing customer orders accurately Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch Loading and unloading deliveries safely Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy Performing quality control checks before shipment Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safe Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations Working efficiently to meet daily targets in a busy warehouse environment What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred Strong numerical skills and attention to detail A reliable and hardworking attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a small team Good organisational skills and a proactive approach Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties Forklift experience would be advantageous but not essential What's On Offer Salary of £26,436 per annum Stable Monday to Friday working hours Friendly and supportive family-owned business Opportunity for progression and development Recognition and reward for strong performance and commitmentIf you are motivated, dependable, and looking for a company that values hard work and team spirit, we would love to hear from you.
