Early Years focus on clinical sciences alongside developing communication and clinical skills.Case-Based Learning (CBL) is a student centred small group approach using real-world clinical cases and forms a core component of the MBBS Year 1 and 2 curriculum. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality, accuracy and educational value of CBL cases.As part of your new role you will:Review student and tutor feedback and implement improvements to CBL cases with module convenors and subject expertsEnsure cases are clinically and scientifically accurate, evidence-based and aligned with current guidelinesMaintain alignment between cases, learning outcomes, and curriculum developmentsSupport curriculum enhancement through innovation and best practice in CBL DeliveryCollaborate in developing new cases and learning resourcescontribute to quality assurance and review activities within agreed timelinesDesign Single best answer (SBA) questions aligned with CBL learning objectivesTo be successful in your application you will:have experience of creating course materials and resourcesKnowledge of curriculum alignment and design of case-based learning materialsunderstanding of the MBBS CurriculumAccurate worker and high attention to detail including when under pressureability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and follow agreed strategystrong organisational, time-management and communication skillsenthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problemsClosing date for applications:  Sunday 27th September 2026 at 23:55pmInterviews are scheduled to take place on a date be confirmedThe selection process will involve an interview and an assessment/exercise/presentation.
