About You

At least 3 years' experience in transactional finance roles, managing purchase and sales ledgers, plus employee expenses
Experience leading and developing small finance teams
Solid understanding of financial controls, processes, and accounting systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
Current study or willingness to progress towards AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualification

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a small transactional finance team responsible for bank reconciliations, ledger processes, and employee expenses
Oversee daily banking activities, ensuring processing efficiency and strong controls
Manage end-to-end invoice processing for purchase and sales transactions, resolving queries promptly
Drive process improvements and support audit compliance through accurate documentation
Provide key transactional KPIs and reporting, supporting wider finance functions
Promote a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
