Offering exposure to high-quality UK and international financing transactions, this role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop their career within an established and highly regarded team.The team advises on a broad range of mid-market and investment-grade transactions, acting for banks, borrowers, private equity houses and other financial institutions across sectors including renewable energy, infrastructure, housing, technology, healthcare and financial services.The RoleWorking closely with experienced Banking & Finance Partners, you will handle a varied non-contentious banking caseload, including:Acquisition finance and leveraged finance transactions.Corporate lending, acting for both lenders and borrowers.Bilateral and syndicated lending arrangements.Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements.Asset-backed and receivables finance.Project finance and cross-border financing transactions.ISDA documentation, hedging arrangements and associated credit support matters.You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for significant transactions, work closely with clients and collaborate with colleagues across the firm's wider practice areas.The CandidateApplications are welcomed from Banking & Finance Solicitors with between 3 and 10 years' PQE and experience in non-contentious banking work. You will have strong technical ability, a sound understanding of the commercial aspects of finance transactions and the confidence to manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy.Commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client relationship management are essential.
