Joining our talent pool means you will be considered for upcoming roles aligned to your experience as opportunities arise.The OpportunityWe are looking to connect with CDM professionals who are passionate about construction safety and delivering high‑quality consultancy. You will have the chance to work across a variety of projects including:Historic and heritage buildingsNew‑build residentialCommercial and office buildingsEducation and specialist facilitiesOur teams operate in a hybrid working model, with travel to client sites as required. Project activity is currently focused around North London, Oxford, the Midlands and the Southeast.Key ResponsibilitiesAs roles become available, your responsibilities may include:Providing Principal Designer, Client Advisor and CDM consultancy servicesSupporting clients and project teams to comply with CDM and associated regulationsIdentifying, managing and mitigating design and construction risksDelivering clear technical advice and high‑quality reports and documentation Managing multiple projects and maintaining strong client relationshipsUsing in‑house digital tools and systems to support project deliveryAbout YouWe are interested in speaking to candidates who can demonstrate:Experience as a CDM Consultant, Principal Designer or Client AdvisorStrong knowledge of CDM regulations and construction safety legislationGood understanding of construction methodologyAbility to work proactively and manage multiple projectsStrong communication and organisational skillsConfidence in client‑facing situationsGood IT skills and the ability to use internal systemsPreferred qualifications (not essential):CertIOSH and/or CMaPS (or equivalent)  for a senior role Knowledge of Building Regulations and Fire SafetyAdditional requirements:Full UK driving licenceWillingness to travel to client sitesWhy Join Our Talent Pool?Be first in line for new opportunities across our expanding portfolioBe part of our proactive team supporting a wide range of project types and major client brandsGrow your skills, knowledge and experience with us as we grow Benefit from our strong industry reputation and technical supportNo immediate commitment — simply register your interestHow to ApplyIf your experience matches what we’re looking for, please upload your CV.
