As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS4 and KS5 English lessons
- Deliver small-group intervention sessions focused on literacy and attainment
- Provide one-to-one academic support and mentoring
- Help students build confidence in reading, writing and communication
- Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
- Encourage engagement, participation and positive learning behaviours
- Gain first-hand experience within a successful secondary school setting
