Senior Finance Recruitment Specialist within the Tech, Media, Telecoms and Professional Services Sectors

Director of Financial Control & M&A - Central London (Hybrid) - £120-130k

My client is a large UK listed business seeking a dynamic Corporate Finance Lead to drive financial strategy, working capital, and growth initiatives.

Based in the London office (minimum three days per week), this role involves critical decision-making, data-driven insights, and leading a high-performing team. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to support efficient scaling and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing quarterly market valuations.
2. Partnering with FP&A to maintain financial plans.
3. Collaborating with Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure accurate outputs.
4. Overseeing leverage and capacity models.
5. Supporting corporate finance advisory on share buybacks and dividend growth.
6. Leading working capital reporting, cash flow forecasting, and M&A integration.
