Job Title: Factory Operative Location: Near South Woodham Ferrers, Essex Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 2:00pm Important: Due to the location of the site, applicants must have their own transport and a valid driving licence. Job Overview We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Factory Operative to join a busy manufacturing facility near South Woodham Ferrers. This is a temporary ongoing role working within a fast-paced production environment, supporting various areas of the factory as required. Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading machinery Assisting CNC operators with day-to-day production tasks Using basic hand tools where required during the production process Handling materials and components safely Supporting general factory and production duties Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised Working Hours & Pay Monday to Friday 5:00am - 2:00pm £12.71 per hour Requirements Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the site location Previous factory or manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential Ability to use basic hand tools Good reliability and a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in this Factory Operative position, please apply with your up-to-date CV.
