Full Stack Engineer

Software Developer | C# .NET, React & Azure

Remote (1 day onsite per quarter)

Salary Range | £45,000 - £55,000

Harrington Starr is working with an innovative fintech software company seeking a Software Developer to join its growing technology team.

This role offers the opportunity to build and enhance a modern SaaS platform used by financial institutions to automate complex data reconciliation, reporting, and operational processes. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle while gaining exposure to modern cloud technologies and scalable application architecture.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions across both front-end and back-end systems

• Building scalable applications using C#, .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure

• Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features

• Developing and consuming APIs while working with modern database technologies

• Contributing to technical discussions, planning sessions, and solution design

• Writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews

• Helping improve platform performance, scalability, and development practices

What we're looking for:

• Commercial software development experience with C# and modern .NET

• Experience building front-end applications using React

• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and modern web application architecture

• Exposure to cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• A desire to learn, develop, and contribute to a growing technology function
