Hundegger UK is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing team.

Location: South of England

Role: Field Service Engineer – CNC / Machinery

 

About the role

You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault‑finding of Hundegger CNC machinery at customer sites across the UK. This is a customer‑facing role requiring strong technical expertise and a practical, solutions‑driven approach.

The role involves regular travel and staying away from home as part of project and service requirements.

 

What we’re looking for

Proven field service engineering experience

Electrical knowledge and experience is essential

Relevant technical qualifications, ideally holding a minimum of HNC or equivalent

Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills

Willingness to travel and work independently, including regular overnight stays

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Full UK driving licence

 

What we offer

Base salary up to £45,000 (DOE)

OTE £75,000+ including up to 10% annual bonus and paid overtime
