Job title: Business Development Executive (Telecoms / Connectivity) Location: Banbury (Remote working available) Salary: £30,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000+) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a high-performing sales team specialising in telecoms, connectivity, and digital infrastructure solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or develop a career in B2B sales, particularly those who are confident, resilient, and comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: * Outbound cold calling to enterprise and SME businesses * Lead generation and pipeline development * Engaging with decision-makers (C-level, Directors, Business Owners) * Identifying client needs through consultative sales techniques * Booking qualified sales appointments for Business Development Managers * Updating and managing data within CRM systems * Achieving and exceeding KPIs, targets, and call metrics Required Skills & Attributes: * Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders * High levels of resilience and determination, particularly in a cold-calling environment * Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset * Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems Desirable (Not Essential): * Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or outbound calling * Exposure to telecoms, SaaS, IT services, or technology environments What We Offer: * £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+) * Remote working available * Clear career progression into senior sales or account management roles * Structured training and onboarding to set you up for success * Supportive leadership and an established, high-performing team * Opportunity to work on high-value B2B campaigns If you’re confident, resilient, and eager to build a successful career in sales- even without extensive experience - we’d love to hear from you
