Commercial Office Design & Build

Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.

You know the D&B market. You know how to get through to decision makers, uncover an office move or refurbishment, and turn an initial conversation into a credible project opportunity.

Perhaps you've reached a ceiling where you are, want more say in how you develop business, or feel ready to bring your experience to a different team.

This role gives you scope to help shape the approach to new business, explore new markets and share your knowledge with other members of the BD team, alongside developing your own client relationships and opportunities.

Identify and approach occupiers with office relocation, refurbishment and fit-out requirements.
Build relationships with senior decision makers and understand their workplace plans.
Qualify opportunities and secure appointments with prospective clients.
Develop longer-term relationships, staying close to changing requirements.
Build connections with project managers and use market intelligence to uncover opportunities.
Mentor other members of the business development team.
You'll bring experience in telephone-led business development within commercial office design and build, with a track record of generating credible opportunities and securing appointments.

You'll know the market, understand the project cycle and be comfortable managing conversations with senior business leaders. You'll also have ideas to contribute and the experience to help others develop. xwzovoh
