Waiting Staff

The Opportunity Global Highland are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join the Front of House team full time within a luxury hotel outside Dingwall. Key Responsibilities * Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to the highest standards. * Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience. * Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. * Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail. * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas. * Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. * Anticipate guests' needs and resolve any queries promptly and courteously. Requirements * Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service. * Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Candidate must have own transport due to location of this role What's on Offer * £14.50 per hour with tips * Full time 40 hours per week * Opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candiate.
