About the role
Walker Cole International partners with a Cambridge-based AI-driven techbio company to recruit a Head of Programme Management. You will own the OKR-driven operating model and lead delivery across science, engineering, clinical and commercial functions.
You will build and manage a small team of Programme Managers and partner with senior leadership on strategy, cost and risk updates, while ensuring alignment across fast-moving AI/ML development and regulated processes.
