We are hiring for our client, a respected and well-established construction company, seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple projects, with occasional larger assignments. The Role:

• Manage the commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects.

• Oversee NEC3 and JCT main contracts, sub-contracts, and collateral warranties.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to support ordering/buying as needed.

• Maintain strong working relationships with site teams and stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop less experienced team members.

• Ensure contractual compliance, accurate reporting, and cost control.

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of NEC3 and JCT contract administration.
