We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our YOPO Zaytoun at The Mandrake Hotel located in the heart of Central London. You will play a crucial role in maximizing the hotel's revenue potential from our outlets, ensuring high standards of service and creating a restaurant that everyone wants to experience.
Your role will involve collaborating with various departments within the hotel, and suppliers, to ensure that all aspects of our restaurant operations are executed successfully. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in high quality restaurants at a managerial level within the within the central London market and demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury lifestyle service standards.

Key Responsibilities Support the Restaurant Manager in running daily operations
Lead and motivate front-of-house staff during service
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Assist with staff training, onboarding, and development
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Help achieve financial and performance targets
About You Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager xwzovoh role in hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm and confident under pressure in a busy service environment
Passion for food, drink, and customer service
Organised with good attention to detail
Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
