Chef de Partie £28,000 - £33,000 per annum Location: Lymington / New Forest Job Type: Full Time We are recruiting for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join a well-established country house hotel in the Lymington / New Forest area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to become part of a professional and supportive kitchen team within a high-quality hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a busy kitchen, while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness, and consistency. This role would suit a passionate chef looking to further develop their skills in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with recipes and quality standards. Assist with meal preparation to ensure timely service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation across kitchen workstations and equipment. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Support the organisation of ingredients and stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Ensure dishes are presented to a high standard and served at the correct temperature. About You Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen procedures. Good understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices. Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
