Teaching Assistant

GSL are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students in a secondary school setting with identified learning needs, including SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health). This role is based in an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ school and involves supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help students access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their full academic and personal potential. You will work closely with subject teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to deliver personalised support strategies that enable students to engage with the secondary curriculum.
