Description Developing, costing and implementing warehousing solutions to optimise logistics operations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly. Analyse data and trends to design innovative strategies for operational efficiency. Prepare and present proposals to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives. Oversee the integration of new solutions into existing operations. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Provide technical expertise and support to the logistics team as needed. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards in all designs and implementations.Profile A successful Warehouse Solutions Design Manager should have: Proven expertise in warehouse solutions design within the 3rd party logistics sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Experience in designing, costing and implementing innovative solutions for operational challenges. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis (Excel, Powerbi) and warehouse design (AutoCad, CLASS, Sketchup). A track record of creating successful solutions. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in warehousing.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000 per annum.
