Work on flight-critical aerospace hardware where failure isnt an option and where youre trusted to solve the problems that matter. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an engineer with strong hydraulics experience who wants to take responsibility for complex production challenges, not just escalate them. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of complex production and test failures from initial issue through to root cause and resolution
Act as the technical authority for mechanical and hydraulic system issues
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) as products transition into production
Drive improvements in reliability, manufacturability, and process capability
Investigate in-service and returned hardware to identify systemic failures
Develop and refine assembly and test processes, tooling, and methods
Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
Requirements: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on hydraulics experience (essential)
Experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or production environments
Proven ability to solve complex, real-world engineering problems
Experience supporting NPI or full product lifecycle activities
Ability to take ownership and drive issues through to resolution xwzovoh
