Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Percentage of £31,361.20** (see below)

Year 1 - Living Wage = £13.52 per Hour - £26,012 p.a. 
Year 2 – Living wage = £13.52 per Hour - £26,012 p.a. 
Year 3 - 85% of HC05 start spinal point - £26,657.02 p.a. 
Year 4 - 90% of HC05 start spinal point - £28,225.08 p.a. 
Full Trade = HC05 £31,361.20, £16.30p/h (4 Year Fixed Term)

Job Purpose : The Construction Apprenticeship will provide an exciting alternative to full-time education and an opportunity to gain valuable work experience, skills and qualifications in a particular trade. Apprentices will not only learn basic skills but will be given the opportunity to gain more responsibility and put new skills into practice.
