With a focus on hands-on, experiential learning, we're seeking a dynamic leader to help our children and teams flourish. Lead and support the nursery team to deliver high-quality childcare and early childhood education. Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of all children in your care. Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and management. Support staff development through coaching and mentoring. Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Lead the nursery in the absence of the Nursery manager. Qualified Leaders: HNC or equivalent, with a solid understanding of Care Inspectorate & SSSC standards. Passionate Educators: With a genuine love for early years education and a flair for outdoor learning. Competitive Salary: £17.00 Per Hour.
