Project Manager – Civil Engineering (52-Week Scheme) Location: Liverpool Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance £5000 + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays A well-established and growing civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint a high-calibre Project Manager to deliver an £8 million commercial build scheme in Liverpool. This project consists of a large industrial / warehouse (“shed”) build and is a key scheme for a new client, making it critical that the appointed Project Manager has a strong reputation for delivering successful projects and running well-organised, high-performing sites. The Role: Full responsibility for the delivery of a 52-week £8m scheme from inception through to completion Leading all site operations, programme management, and resource planning Managing subcontractors and site teams to drive performance and productivity Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance Acting as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification The Candidate: Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering / commercial or industrial builds Strong technical background across groundworks, infrastructure, and structural packages Track record of successfully delivering projects of similar value and complexity Known for being a hands-on leader who can take control of a site and deliver results Strong client-facing ability, particularly important for building a new client relationship Organised, driven, and confident in managing programmes and teams What’s on Offer: £70,000 – £80,000 base salary Car allowance Pension 25 days holiday + bank holidays Opportunity to lead a flagship £8m scheme Long-term pipeline of work with a growing contractor Call Daryl Richardson on (phone number removed) or email SER-IN
