Production Operative – Days and Afternoons Newbridge Permanent Full Time Salary £31380 Main Purpose of Role Contribute to the assembly, and test, of products throughout the production area, ensuring they meet customer requirements. Outcomes of Role * Satisfied internal and external customers * Produce products of a high quality * Work within a clean and tidy area * Fully trained * Achieve targets expected Responsibilities * Adhere to Standard Working Procedures * Comply with all relevant Health and Safety practices * Undertake necessary actvities to ensure work place organisation * Achieve expected output and quality targets * Adhere to ESD procedures at all times * Undertake training when required, within any section of the production area * Train to work in line with IPC standards * Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care. * Any other duties deemed necessary Person Specification Essential * Adequate numeracy and literacy skills * Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment Desirable * Previous electronic manufacturing experience * Soldering Working Hours: Week 1: 5.48am until 2pm Monday to Friday Week 2: 12.45pm until 11pm Monday to Thursday Salary £31380 plus pension, cashplan healthcare and DIS 6x salary.
