Forklift Driver (Reach Truck) – Temp to Perm Location: Banbury Salary: £12.71 per hour (rising to £12.90 upon permanent contract) Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable company in Banbury for an experienced Forklift Driver with an external Reach licence. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability. Working Hours: Temporary period: Monday to Thursday: 08:30am – 5:00pm Friday: 08:30am – 3:30pm Permanent contract: Transition to rotating shift patternsRole Overview: This is a varied position combining both warehouse and forklift responsibilities: 60% Warehouse Duties, including: Picking and packing orders accurately Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Assisting with goods-in and dispatch processes 40% Forklift Duties (Reach Truck), including: Operating a Reach forklift safely and efficiently Moving stock within the warehouse and racking systems Loading/unloading deliveries Ensuring goods are stored correctly and securely Conducting basic equipment checksRequirements: Valid external Reach Truck licence (essential) Previous warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a teamThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with the potential for a permanent role and increased pay.
