About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Innovation and Legal Technology to help shape and deliver the firm’s innovation agenda, accelerating the adoption of legal technology across the business. This role sits at the heart of business change, working with lawyers and business teams to rethink and improve how legal services are delivered.The RoleThis role plays a key part in shaping and delivering the firm’s innovation and legal technology agenda, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.Drive the delivery of the firm’s innovation and legal technology strategyLead and manage innovation and legal tech projects from planning through to implementationLine manage technologists, overseeing workload allocation, performance and day-to-day deliveryTrack and report on KPIs, ROI and the commercial impact of innovation initiativesIdentify, evaluate and implement legal technology solutions and process improvementsPartner with lawyers and stakeholders to support complex matters using technology and new ways of workingContribute to the development of client-facing solutions, presentations and innovation materialsPromote the firm’s innovation capability through internal and external engagementThe CandidateThis role is suited to an experienced innovation or legal technology professional with strong delivery, leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Proven experience in legal technology, innovation or business change within a law firm or professional services environmentStrong people leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsDemonstrable experience delivering projects and driving measurable outcomesAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesCommercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused mindsetComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience with innovation methodologies, AI or automation tools is desirableProject management or process improvement qualifications are advantageousBenefitsOur benefits include, an annual bonus scheme, GPP Pension Scheme with Aviva.
