We’re recruiting for an Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site near Lincoln. This is a hands-on role covering electrical fault finding, planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and continuous improvement across production machinery and site equipment. This role would suit an engineer with a strong electrical maintenance background, supported by good mechanical knowledge, who has worked in manufacturing, FMCG, food, feed, packaging, process or production environments. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults across production machinery, control systems, motors, sensors, drives and associated site equipment, while also supporting mechanical maintenance where required.
