Stairlift Engineer Salary: £35,000+ DOE Location: South West Field‑based Benefits: Company van, tools, fuel card, uniform, ongoing training Hours: Full‑time, permanent A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stairlift Engineer to join a respected and growing charitable organisation. You’ll be carrying out installation, servicing and repairs of stairlifts in customers’ homes, so a strong technical background and a genuinely warm, customer‑focused approach are essential. The Role * Install, service and repair stairlifts and mobility lifting equipment. * Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical and electrical repairs. * Complete safety checks, testing and compliance documentation. * Provide clear, reassuring communication to customers in their homes. * Maintain the company van, tools and equipment to a high standard. * Work independently, managing your own workload and daily schedule. About You * Previous experience as a Stairlift Engineer, Lift Engineer, Mobility Engineer or similar. * Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills. * Confident working in customers’ homes with a friendly, respectful manner. * Full UK driving licence (company van provided). * Able to work independently with a high level of professionalism. * A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
