We are currently seeking dedicated Domiciliary Carers to join our growing team and provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a range of needs, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. This is a rewarding role for someone who genuinely cares and wants to improve the daily lives of others. Key Responsibilities: • Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting • Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of hoists and other equipment • Support with medication administration and record-keeping • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required • Offer companionship and emotional support • Carry out light domestic duties (e.g., laundry, cleaning) • Promote independence and encourage client involvement in daily activities • Follow individual care plans and report changes in health or well-being Requirements: • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided • A genuine passion for helping others • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Reliability, honesty, and a caring nature • Right to work in the UK • A valid UK driving licence • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) fee paid Benefits: • Competitive pay rates + mileage allowance • Flexible hours (full-time, part-time, mornings/evenings/weekends) • Paid training and ongoing support • Opportunities for career progression (NVQ/QCF qualifications) • Company pension scheme • Supportive and friendly team environment
