As they continue to invest in their engineering capability, they're looking for an Automation Test Lead to drive automation strategy, lead a talented QA team, and help embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This Automation Test Lead is a hands-on leadership role with genuine influence over automation frameworks, testing standards and QA best practice across a diverse portfolio of digital projects. Benefits £60,000 - £70,000 salary Hybrid working (3 days onsite) 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Flexible working Dedicated training budget and certification support Health, wellbeing and financial benefits Cycle to Work and Electric Vehicle schemes The Role Lead, mentor and develop a team of QA Engineers Own and evolve the automation testing strategy Design and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the SDLC Drive automation maturity, CI/CD integration and continuous improvement About You Strong background in software test automation Commercial experience with Selenium or Playwright Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks Previous leadership or mentoring experience (or ready to step into a Lead role) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Consultancy or client-facing software delivery experience would be advantageous Why Join?
