The Role Respond to technical customer enquiries Prepare quotations and recommend suitable parts Support customers with online ordering/webshop use Monitor market trends and competitor pricing Analyse sales data and product performance Work with internal teams to improve product offering About You Youll ideally have experience in: Construction equipment parts Plant machinery or agricultural machinery Equipment servicing, maintenance or repair Technical parts sales or product support Skills needed: Strong technical knowledge of serviceable parts Good understanding of compact construction equipment Commercial awareness and pricing knowledge Strong communication xwzovoh and problem-solving skills Good IT skills Whats On Offer?
