Business Development Executive

This is a Director support role focusing on winning new business and expanding existing relationships across Government, MoD, US DoD, NGOs, and prime contractors.

Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities within target sectors Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners Support bid strategies and contribute to winning proposals Drive revenue growth across both new and existing capabilities What Were Looking For: Proven BD/sales experience, ideally within defence, government, or contingency operations Strong network or experience engaging with MoD, government bodies, or primes Commercially astute with a proactive, results-driven mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills This role would involve travel based between multipe sites with the primary being in Reading. xwzovoh
