You will deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, and specialist nail treatments in a warm and welcoming environment, naturally achieving retail and treatment goals through your genuine passion for beauty.
Strong diary management and rebooking skills are essential, as you will play a key role in maintaining a full and organised appointment schedule.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments to a premium standard.
Provide an exceptional client experience, building lasting relationships and encouraging repeat bookings.
Achieve retail and treatment targets through genuine product and service recommendations.
Manage your own diary effectively, handling bookings and rebookings with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-presented treatment area at all times.
Work collaboratively as part of the wider clinic team, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
Stay up to date with new treatments, techniques, and product knowledge.
Requirements NVQ Level 2 minimum in Nail Technology or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year's experience in a salon, spa, or clinic environment.
A strong focus on manicures and pedicures, with a high attention to detail.
Genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a busy diary and work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Hours This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours per week, working Tuesday to Saturday.
