Maintenance Manager (Mechanical & Electrical)

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical bias) Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 / 15:30 – 23:30 Do you have team leader/management experience within distribution and a hands on team player? Do you have the technical knowledge of a maintenance engineer but had experience with coaching and developing teams? Or are you currently a Maintenance Supervisor that wants to join a well-established team? We are currently working with a large online retailer who are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their Lutterworth distribution centre. The business has experienced tremendous growth in recent years and we need someone who can help keep their operation running smoothly. Job Specification: Maintenance Supervisor Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, including coaching, performance management, and resource allocation. You will be responsible for effective fault finding, diagnosis, analysis and swift corrective measures for all equipment on site so you need to be hands on within management. Maintaining all Health & Safety and Quality and Regulatory Compliances processes and controls are maintained. Updating and maintaining the maintenance system (CMMS). Supporting of all semi-skilled operators and apprentices through training and mentoring while also being the main point of contact for all contractors on site (direct and 3rd party). Requirements: Maintenance Supervisor Qualified in Electrical engineering (BTEC Level 3 +) Proven experience of managing and coaching teams or supported junior engineers through the ranks. Proven experience within a facilities or maintenance engineering role with automated distribution, food or manufacturing environment. Experience working with maintenance engineering software.
